Merchant Reminders:

  • A Face Mask must be worn at all times

  •  All Booths should have Sanitizers and Alcohol Pads for buyers and workers and disinfectant wipes or spray to clean surfaces and objects that are touched by customers and workers

WHEN CAN I SET UP MY SPACE OR FOOD TRUCK?

SET UP FOR VENDORS BEGINS AT 7AM, ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 8 AM, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE ON ROADWAYS AFTER 8 AM.

WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO VACATE MY SPACE?

BREAKDOWN FOR VENDORS IS FROM 2PM-4PM ONLY.


ALL VENDORS MUST BE PACKED UP, AREA CLEANED UP OF ALL TRASH AND SPACE VACATED BY 4PM.

AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?

YES, PER CITY ORDINANCE, ALL VENDORS MUST CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE WE CAN CONNECT YOU WITH AN ONLINE COMPANY THAT CAN ISSUE IT TO YOU WITHIN MINUTES. Next Insurance 855-222-5919

YES, YOU WILL NEED A SELLER'S PERMIT TO SELL AT THE MARKET, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, YOU CAN GET A "TEMPORARY SELLER'S PERMIT" ATCDTFA.CA.GOV YOUR SELLER'S PERMIT MUST HAVE OUR ADDRESS ON IT, 5595  East Ramon Road,  PALM SPRINGS, CA. 92264.

AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE FOR MY SPACE?

Covid-19 Rules and Regulations

For Food Truck Vendors only

  • Fire suppression in your truck must be up to date.
  • Up-to-date fire extinguisher required (fire extinguisher size required: 2a10bc).
  • A fire marshal will inspect to make sure you have a proof or copy of your insurance, seller’s permit, and business license at hand.
  • If you need help finding an insurance provider, I happily recommend Next Insurance.

    Farmers Market

    A valid agricultural permit is required or proof of certified producer’s certificate.

    If you have any questions about the environmental health department, please contact 760-320-1048.

    If I cancel at the last minute, can I get a refund? No.

    Refunds are only given within 2 weeks of advance notice.

    Can I be on stand-by? Yes. You must show up and see if anyone else hasn't shown up by cut off time 7:15 am.


    If you show up by 7:15 am, I will allow you to be on stand-by and possibly reserve a space.

    No smoking is permitted on the premises
