FOR VENDORS
IS THERE ELECTRICITY AVAILABLE FOR MY VENDOR SPACE?
YES, DURING THE HOLIDAY FESTIVAL SCHEDULE WE WILL PROVIDE ELECTRICAL OUTLETS FOR VENDOR USE. VENDORS MUST SUPPLY THEIR OWN 100FT POWER/EXTENSION CORDS.
CAN I PARK MY CAR, TRUCK, UHUAL OR TRAILER AT MY SPACE?
YES, DEPENDING ON WHICH SPACE YOU RESERVE, YOU MAY HAVE ROOM TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE.
IF YOU CHOOSE A SPACE WITHOUT ROOM TO PARK THEN YOU MUST PARK YOUR VEHICLE (CAR, UHUAL, TRAILER) IN THE VENDORS LOT LOCATED IN LOT #3 (EAST OF THE CUSTOMER PARKING LOT).
CAN I CANCEL MY SPACE RENTAL?
YOU CAN CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION, AS LONG AS YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION 2 WEEKS (14 DAYS) BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED DATE.
WHEN CAN I SET UP MY SPACE OR FOOD TRUCK?
SET UP FOR VENDORS BEGINS AT 7 AM, ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 8:00 AM, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO BE ON ROADWAYS AFTER 6:30 PM.
WHAT TIME DO I HAVE TO VACATE MY SPACE?
BREAKDOWN FOR VENDORS IS FROM 2 PM-4 PM (2 HOURS) ONLY
ALL VENDORS MUST BE PACKED UP, AREA CLEANED UP OF ALL TRASH AND SPACE VACATED BY Midnight.
AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE?
YES, PER CITY ORDINANCE, ALL VENDORS MUST CARRY LIABILITY INSURANCE, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH AN ONLINE COMPANY THAT CAN ISSUE IT TO YOU WITHIN MINUTES.

OWNER WILL NOTIFY ALL VENDORS THAT THE FLEA MARKET/ FOOD FEST WILL CLOSE.
DO I NEED TO HAVE A SELLERS PERMIT TO SELL AT THE MARKET?
YES, YOU WILL NEED A SELLERS PERMIT TO SELL AT THE MARKET, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, YOU CAN GET A "TEMPORARY SELLERS PERMIT" AT CDTFA.CA.GOV YOUR SELLERS PERMIT MUST HAVE OUT ADDRESS ON IT, 5955 EAST RAMON RD, PALM SPRINGS, CA. 92264.
AM I REQUIRED TO HAVE A BUSINESS LICENSE FOR MY SPACE?
YES, YOU MUST PROVIDE A COPY OF YOUR BUSINESS LICENSE ISSUED BY THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS.

ARE STREET PERFORMERS ALLOWED AND WELCOMED AT THE MARKET?
YES, WE DO ALLOW STREET PERFORMERS AND MUSICIANS AT THE MARKET, FREE OF CHARGE, BUT YOU MUST GET PERMISSION FROM ALAN SCHWARTZ, CEO OF THE FESTIVAL. HE WILL TELL YOU WHERE YOU ARE ALLOWED TO SET UP AND DO YOUR PERFORMANCE.
AM I ALLOWED TO LEAVE MY BOOTH SPACE SET UP OVERNIGHT?
NO YOU MUST BREAK DOWN YOUR SPACE EACH DAY.
WHAT TO IF THERE ARE BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS?
WE ARE SUBJECT TO CLOSE DUE TO BAD WEATHER AT OUR OWN DISCRETION.
THIS INCLUDES LAST MINUTE NOTIFICATION, WE WILL NOTIFY AT THE FRONT GATE.
BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS INCLUDE STRONG WINDS, SAND STORMS, RAIN, EARTHQUAKES, AND FIRE/ HEAVY SMOKE.
OWNER WILL NOTIFY ALL VENDORS IF THERE IS A CLOSURE DUE TO BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS.
IF A CANCELLATION OCCURS ON YOUR DATE YOU MAY RESCHEDULE ANOTHER DATE ON THE SAME WEEKDAY/ WEEKEND CHOICE YOU BOOKED UNTIL SEPTEMBER 25, 2021.
IF YOU CANNOT RESCHEDULE ANOTHER DATE YOU WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF YOUR PAYMENT.

ARE DOGS OR PETS ALLOWED?
YES, I AM DOG LOVER, PLEASE FIND ME AND LET ME MEET YOUR DOG. ONLY FRIENDLY, GOOD NATURED DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT THE FLEA MARKET AND MUST BE KEPT ON A LEASH, NO LONGER THEN 6FT AT ALL TIMES

ADULTS ADMISSION IS $1 DOLLARS ON SATURDAY ONLY.
HOLIDAY FESTIVAL ADMISSION IS $2.
